Café Salsa in Alexandria, Virginia is the latest addition to my restaurant list. It was very good. Nuevo Latino Cuisine. Great Cuban & Puerto Rican Salsa. Lots of plantains. Excellent sangria. Update Mar. 23, 2013 – this restaurant is now permanently closed.
